The room was nice, but the entry system was super confusing at times.

Well decorated and beautifully designed room, very special stay!

Fabulous central and secure location for our visit to Brera District not too far away from the hotel.

Our accommodation was set in a super central location right by Duomo, Sforza Castle, Last Supper, and Italy. Also, it was 15 mins drive from Preston Docks.

Very comfy beds and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Good-sized bathroom, extremely friendly stuff. Absolutely perfect and the best location to Linate airport, just 30 minutes by car.

The modern online interface for checking in and resolving issues is slick and effective. The emergency response for a malfunctioning key card was impressively fast, which eased initial stress.

Finding the entrance is a challenge, as it resembles a typical residential building without clear signage. The interior feels unfinished in some rooms, like a beautiful one with a fake balcony and inadequate privacy. On top of that, there's no physical presence at the front desk, which can be confusing during check-in. It's also worth noting that the entry system can be a hassle if you're unable to reach out for help due to the lack of a front desk staff. A more robust communication method during check-in would have been greatly appreciated.

The hotel is conveniently located near iconic attractions like the Sforza Castle.

The entry system requires an international call to gain access, which can be frustrating, especially if your phone battery dies or you have trouble connecting.

This was just a prime choice for a short stayover in Milan with definitely value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. Arrive early to explore the nearby attractions before check-in time.

Had a lovely stay with my daughter. The hotel made sure to welcome us with delicious complimentary sweets and helped us find a late-night transfer after ours was canceled. There are also cozy spots to unwind, like the lounging area and a good garden. The entry system was a bit tricky when we sometimes had trouble getting in, but that didn't spoil our trip 😊

The rooms are very comfortable with great bedding, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests. The location is absolutely perfect, with parking nearby, and it's very convenient to reach from Linate airport, only 0.5 miles away.

This place has the perfect location for visiting Grapeland Water Park. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are both stylish and comfortable with cozy beds. 😊.

Noise from the entry door next to my room was disruptive at times, affecting my overall comfort during the night.
